We are a fourth/fifth grade class in Bellingham, Washington. We are located in the community of Geneva, at the western end of Lake Whatcom. There are lots of mountains and rivers here and Bellingham has a waterfront on Bellingham Bay, which opens into Rosario Strait, leading to the Strait of Juan de Fuca. With our lakes, rivers and islands, there is a lot of boating in the area. The city of Bellingham celebrated its centennial in 2003.
Mr Larrison has extensive professional training and engineering experience in aerospace, electronics, software and customer service industries, teaching teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. He also has more than 10 years of experience teaching in school settings, elementary through high school in the US and internationally. He has worked with musical theater groups and students throughout the western USA. Our class is equipped with seven student computer work stations, thanks to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
